We use recognized courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Indian Post, and DTDC. Customers can track their orders via tracking IDs shared after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Shipping charges vary depending on the order value, weight, and delivery location. Charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions subject to terms and conditions.

4. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines within India range from 3–7 business days depending on the location. Remote or rural locations may take longer. International shipping timelines vary depending on customs clearance and logistics partners.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery, and additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, report the issue within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. We will investigate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees as levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

9. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Pre-ordered items will be shipped as per the estimated dispatch date on the product page. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we may split the shipment. Customers will be notified in advance if additional shipping charges apply.

10. Packaging & Handling

We ensure that all items are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage. Fragile or collector’s edition books may require additional protective packaging, and special requests may be subject to additional charges.
